Function of Citta and Breathing

This morning,

I read one email that I’ve got during last night.


Immediately after this action, I felt thick fog was spread in my mind…


For calming down my mind, I practiced asana first this morning. I

felt a bit lesser concentration than usual but I could without any difficulty.


Then I practiced Pranayama.


I felt very much lower capacity of breathing and the tightness of my abdominal wall…


As Pranayama practice time went on, I could understand how I wished to be and what I had to do for turning it into reality.

Then what I drew the conclusion was,

“Just do it!”


Before complaining, just do what I believe. Then I will tell it to… >_< . haha~
