The workshop by Sudhirji I participated yesterday was unforgettable and I just cannot forget it, even after one night passed.
So, impressed and thrilled moment, one after another, I don’t know what and which part I should tell you first.
Why, did I think that I wanted to do YOGA with my son, son’s friends, elder friends and their families?

That day, I asked myself once again, and I went back to the original intention
The personalities of Sudhirji and Motoko are, of course, wonderful and I felt again “kindness and warmth towards the people who has disabilities” by everyone who attended the workshop. During the practical class, I often nearly cried watching them sincerely taking care/looking after the children.
I was so grateful for everyone who kindly supported me who is clumsy and inexperienced. I, sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, thank everyone including Sudhirji, Motoko, Terumi-san, Mayumi-san, Kuniko-san and Hiro-chan.
And I would like to thank all staff of “Bora House of Heart” who kindly cooperated.
A various scenes – one by one ? I can still remember them so clearly.
I would like to write words that come to my mind, little by little.
Let me explain about the practical class “Sudhirji’s Yoga Therapy for people who needs Care” at “Bora House of Heart” in Toyama City.
Before starting the class, Sudhirji checked with the staff about the status of everyone who uses this facility.
Initially, the users, the staff and the people who were watching seemed a little nervous. As time goes by, smiles appeared on their faces and there was worm, relaxing and soothing atmosphere everywhere in the facility.
Sudhirji’s voice and Motoko’s voice sounded like mantra. The users were listening and making questions, the questions were answered and there were laughs. The atmosphere changed from comforting to harmonious, then to joyful place with laughs.
When I remember that day, it makes me feel happy even now.
I would like to get feedbacks from the staff of the facility and post entry.
I really am grateful and would like to thank Sudhirji and Motoko-sensei for giving us such an opportunity. Thank you so much.
